Constrained by the compact design of an industrial pallet transport robot, a fully customized battery pack was developed to fit precisely within the mechanical limitations, without compromising performance. The solution supports fast charging and opportunity charging, allowing efficient energy use during brief idle moments. In addition, CAN communication was configured to align with the robot’s existing system architecture for seamless integration.

Electric Supercharger
The application demanded extremely high power delivery, requiring a battery capable of discharging large currents in a very short time. To meet this, a customized 48V 8Ah lithium-ion battery was developed, utilizing high-discharge techniques from drone technology. The result was a compact, high-density power unit with a 35C discharge rate, designed for peak performance under intense load.
