Do I need a dedicated BMS for the battery packs?

No. Each battery pack includes its own BMS and can automatically function as the master unit; no separate central BMS is required.

Will the battery pack shut off at low SOC or during over-discharge?

Yes. The BMS provides over-discharge protection when any cell voltage drops below 2.10 ± 0.05 V (QHB-12F70.0).

What communication interface is provided on the battery pack?

Compatible with CAN 2.0B / CANopen at 250 kbps (default); 500 kbps optional.
